The Pregnancy and Birth Coaching Experience is for mamas who want to take the bull by the horns and prepare themselves for labor and birth in a whole new way. Starting right now you can start feeling like you have a hand to hold through this whole process.

Pregnancy & Birth coaching is different because it's more than just a prenatal course. It's a specific birth course geared toward women who desire an unmedicated, and limited intervention pregnancy and birth...and that's only the first bullet point.

In this experience, you have options for how much coaching you need.

In the basic coaching package you will have me, your labor coach, in your email 8 times throughout your pregnancy. And no, this isn't a newsletter. This is a video session sent to your email that goes over very specific tasks and information that you need to focus on during this part of your pregnancy. Tasks that include things to do to prepare for labor, prepare for baby, and prepare for breastfeeding

After watching your videos (that we schedule together based on your specific pregnancy timeline), you will have a workbook to work through, fill out, and even send to me for review...and that's just bullet point number three.

This isn't your typical online course. This is a deep-dive experience into your pregnancy and birth experience.

1. Enroll in one of the options above

2. You'll immediately receive an email confirmation from me. In this email, you will receive a questionnaire and a contract to sign

3. After the questionnaire is filled out and contract is signed, you will receive your Pregnancy & Birth Coaching Workbook and immediate enrollment in all of the courses that come with your package. You will get an email with log-in information. You can start working through these courses at your own pace.

4. Together we will determine a schedule for your 8 pre-recorded video calls throughout your pregnancy depending on your needs

5. Sometime after your 36th week, we will hop on a scheduled Zoom call together to go over your birth plan and any questions you may have prior to your birth.

6. After talking to you about your needs, I will create an actual baby registry for you using Amazon Baby Registry. No work for you in this department. But you can add and take away to your liking.

7. You will receive a postpartum & breastfeeding prerecorded video call after you deliver your sweet new baby.

8. Once you're 36 weeks, you have access to my phone. You can text me for support when needed.

9. Starting at 38 weeks, I am on-call for your birth. That means that when you're in labor, I'm available to you. I will be your virtual doula, helping guide you through the process, helping you understand what's going on, giving you tips and guidance, and being the words of wisdom in your ear when you're feeling overwhelmed, confused, or discouraged.

10. After the baby is born, we get to jump on a live Zoom call together so we can talk about your birth, your postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding. You'll get personalized advice in real time while holding your baby in your arms.
